Hypertension is a global health problem with an increasing prevalence. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge about hypertension and attitudes towards hypertension prevention at Pasar Minggu Health Center in 2024. The research method used bivariate analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The statistical test used was the Chi- square test. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 75 respondents, and sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of respondents (78.7%) had a good level of knowledge about hypertension, and 61.3% showed a positive attitude towards hypertension prevention. Respondents with good knowledge tended to have a positive prevention attitude (67.8%). Statistical analysis results found a value of (P=0.05), meaning there is a significant relationship between respondents' knowledge and prevention attitudes. This indicates that knowledge will influence a person's attitude. In this study, it can be seen that good knowledge correlates with a positive attitude. It is necessary to increase the knowledge of individuals experiencing health conditions, especially hypertension, so that knowledge increases, leading to a positive attitude in prevention.
