About the Journal
The Proceeding of the Mayapada International Nursing Conference (MINC) is an annual international scientific forum organized by the Mayapada Healthcare Group.
The 2nd Mayapada International Nursing Conference 2025 is designed to elevate nursing practice through leadership engagement, Magnet benchmarking, and evidence-based knowledge sharing. The event includes a main conference featuring scientific presentations and a second-day hands-on workshop exclusively for MHG nursing leaders. This initiative supports Mayapada Healthcare Group’s vision of achieving Magnet designation by 2028.
This conference serves as a strategic platform to advance nursing excellence through:

- Magnet benchmarking
- Evidence-based knowledge sharing
The program features keynote speeches, scientific presentations, and parallel sessions across clinical, management, and education domains.
